FamLand Juice offers local delivery for customers within our designated service area.
Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within select areas of North Texas (DFW). Availability is determined at checkout. If an address falls outside our local delivery area, shipping options will apply.
Delivery Schedule
Local deliveries are fulfilled on scheduled delivery days only. Delivery dates and time windows may vary based on order volume and location. Customers will receive confirmation once their order is scheduled for delivery.
Receiving Your Order
Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive their order at the scheduled delivery time.
Orders that are:
Missed due to customer unavailability
Left unattended after confirmed delivery
Undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information
are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Order Accuracy
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and provide a resolution at our discretion.
