Cancellation & Refund Policies

Subscription Cancellation Policy

We understand flexibility is key. That's why we've made it super easy for you to view and make changes to your subscriptions through our login-free portal. You can also cancel your subscription from your portal.

  • For weekly subscriptions, we ask to cancel a week before the next shipment.
  • For bi-weekly subscriptions, we ask to cancel two weeks before the next shipment.
  • For monthly subscriptions, we ask to cancel two weeks before the next shipment.


Order Cancellation

All orders are processed 12 hours after orders have been placed. Client can cancel orders within 6 hours of ordering FamLand Juice. Once the cancellation period is over, we are not able to cancel orders or issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or refund the order. If it's an order error made my FamLand Juice, we will be glad to make amends. No refunds on orders that are not delivered due to incomplete addresses. However, you may place another order with complete or correct address.
